Private 2-hour cruises start at $35 per adult and $25 for children under 12. Infants under 4 cruise free. Each boat has a minimum passenger charge, so you can bring fewer guests than the minimum, but the minimum still applies.

Yes! Guests under 18 are welcome aboard. However, anyone under 18 must have our waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian before boarding.
Yes. The US Coast Guard counts every person onboard as a passenger, regardless of age. This means infants, children, and adults all count toward the boat's maximum passenger capacity. For safety and regulatory purposes, an infant counts as one full passenger.
Yes! Both of our boats have a bathroom onboard for your convenience.

Yes! Within reason. Just let your captain know where you’d like to go, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on available time, river conditions, and other practical limitations.
Absolutely! Connect your phone via Bluetooth to our onboard sound system and play your own music throughout the cruise. Most music apps also display lyrics, so you can turn your favorite songs into karaoke with our dual microphones! 🎤🎶
Yes! You’re welcome to decorate for your celebration. Keep in mind, boarding begins 15 minutes before your scheduled start time, at which point you may begin decorating. Please arrive prepared and bring decorations that can be installed quickly.
Make sure all decorations are securely fastened and won’t become a hazard or fall into the river. We recommend using string instead of tape, as taped balloons can come loose and end up in the river.
For safety and environmental reasons, glitter, confetti, and filled balloons are not permitted.
Yes! Since our cruises are private, you may bring a pet aboard within reasonable limits. One large dog or a couple of smaller dogs are welcome. Please use your best judgment based on your pet’s age, training, size, and temperament.
For the safety of your pet and our guests, pets must be able to safely board and remain comfortable on the boat. SS Tiki Tours is not responsible for the safety of pets while onboard, as outlined in our waiver.
Please understand that if a pet’s behavior causes an interruption to the cruise—for example, a pet is too frightened to board, has a panic attack, or otherwise requires us to return to the dock, no refund will be provided for the interrupted portion of the trip.
The same policy applies to any other type of pet. We simply ask that you use good judgment when deciding whether your pet is suited for a boat cruise.
Yes. Alcohol may be brought aboard for your private cruise. However, the person operating the vessel must have a 0.0% blood alcohol concentration and cannot be under the influence of alcohol or any other substance while operating the vessel.
Our captains are USCG licensed and subject to federal drug and alcohol testing requirements, including random testing. This is part of the strict safety standards that apply to commercial passenger vessels. Learn more about USCG maritime drug and alcohol testing
Yes. Smoking is permitted onboard. Please ask your deckhand for an ashtray, and be sure not to put any ashes near the engines.
For everyone’s safety, fragile glassware such as wine or champagne glasses is not permitted. Please use plastic or other non-breakable drinkware instead. Firearms and weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited onboard.
Yes! Our captains are US Coast Guard licensed, and our vessels meet or exceed all applicable US Coast Guard safety requirements and equipment standards. Safety is our top priority, and we take the responsibility of operating commercial passenger vessels seriously.
Sorry, swimming and fishing are not permitted onboard. No exceptions.
The captain will make the final decision if there are high winds, heavy rain, high water, or thunderstorms that could affect the safety or enjoyment of your cruise. If we need to cancel due to weather, we're happy to offer a full refund, store credit, or reschedule your party.
Please keep in mind that weather forecasts often err on the side of caution and can overpredict rain. For that reason, we typically wait until the morning of your cruise to make the final call.
More than 14 days before your event: Reservations are fully refundable.
Within 14 days of your event: Reservations are non-refundable unless trip insurance was purchased. Trip insurance allows you to cancel for any reason up to 24 hours before your event for a full refund, minus the cost of the trip insurance.
If we cancel your cruise: If we need to cancel due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control, you will have the option of a full refund, receiving store credit, or rescheduling your cruise, whether or not you purchased trip insurance.

Please note: SS Tiki Tours reserves the right to apply a 15% automatic gratuity to any booking. If an automatic gratuity is applied, it will be clearly disclosed as part of your final charges.
