We need Captains and Deckhands

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable deckhands to join our crew aboard commercial small passenger vessels for a seasonal part-time role running from May through October. This exciting opportunity offers contract pay of $15/hr plus tips which can average to an extra $20/hr, making it both rewarding and enjoyable. Applicants must be 18+ and will be enrolled in a random drug testing program, which will include a pre-employment drug screen. While prior boating or hospitality experience is a significant advantage, a strong sense of teamwork, flexibility, and high availability are essential for success in this role. Deckhand Duties

• Being a delightful host/hostess for the guests
• Helping passengers board safely
• Making sure waivers are signed & passenger manifest is correct
• Giving safety presentation
• Docking / undocking (using hook, lines)
• Lookout duty (If it is dark or lots of drift in the river)
• Keeping an eye on passengers and situational awareness
• Assisting passengers with anything to help improve their experience
• Collecting garbage throughout the cruise
• Anchor handling when necessary (Strength to lift 16lb anchor)
• Cleaning the boat between cruises including toilet if necessary
• Checking boat supplies between cruises
• Carry trash bags up the hill to the dumpster between cruises

This exciting full or part time opportunity offers contract pay of $30/hr plus tips which can average to an extra $20/hr, making it both rewarding and enjoyable. 25 ton Master's MMC license is required. If not already enrolled in a random drug testing program you can join ours, which will include a pre-employment drug screen. Captain Duties

• Ensuring safety of the passengers, crew, and vessel
• Follow all company policies as well as USCG rules and regulations
• Participate in USCG required training drills
• Teamwork with deckhands
• Welcoming passengers and helping them board safely
