Cancellation Policy
Two weeks prior to event, reservations are fully refundable. Within 2 weeks reservations are non-refundable unless trip insurance is purchased which enables cancellation for any reason up to 24 hours before the event for a full refund minus the cost of the insurance. If the event cancels due to weather or low attendance, with or without trip insurance you will receive a full refund.
